The service

webmin.click supports communication and collaboration around websites. Access depends on the services available to your account and the websites assigned to you. A contact inquiry is a request for a conversation, not acceptance of a project, a quote, or a promise of a particular response time.

Your account and access

Use your own account and keep it secure. Only access websites you have permission to work on. An assignment lets you use the available service for that website; it does not transfer ownership of the website, its files or its content.

What you share

Only send material you have permission to use and share for the purpose of your request. Sending content through the service allows us and our service providers to process it to handle that request; it is not a transfer of ownership. Do not submit passwords, access keys, patient information or other sensitive records.

Exploration is not publication

An idea or draft is not a finished or approved website. AI-assisted output can be incorrect or unsuitable and needs human review. Do not treat a preview, a contact receipt, or a conversation as confirmation that a production website has been updated. Agree on final work and publishing with your designer.

Reasonable use

AI-assisted editing is included for exploring and maintaining the websites you manage here. You do not need to manage AI tokens, and editing is not cut off by a monthly token allowance.

This is not an unlimited general-purpose computing service. Site, client and storage capacity, service availability, and safeguards against runaway tasks or misuse still apply. We monitor usage to keep the service reliable. If unusually heavy use needs a different arrangement, we will explain the concern and discuss capacity with you; security risks may require immediate action. Contact us if you need more capacity or have a question about use.

Respect people and systems

Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, spam, malware, unauthorized access, or material that violates others' rights. Do not try to bypass access restrictions or deliberately disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks.

Plans and billing

Free includes one managed website, one external client seat and 1 GB total storage. Plus is US$20 per month for 10 of each; Pro is US$200 per month for 100 of each. Capacity is shared across the websites you manage. AI editing is subject to reasonable use, not a purchased token balance. Designer services, website hosting and publication are not included in these platform subscription prices.

Where paid checkout is enabled, Stripe handles payment and subscription management. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Review the amount, any applicable tax and any plan-change charges shown by Stripe before confirming. Cancellation through the billing portal takes effect at the end of the paid period. Complimentary or custom operator grants are separate from paid subscriptions.

If payment becomes overdue or a subscription ends, its paid capacity is removed. Billing changes do not automatically delete saved drafts or assignments, but resource limits can prevent new work until capacity is restored or usage is reduced. Contact support about billing errors, refunds or arrangements that need individual review.

Availability and support

Features may change and services can be interrupted. If an action fails, read the error before retrying. A contact delivery timeout can leave receipt uncertain, so a repeated submission may create a duplicate. A receipt confirms acceptance by the delivery service, not that a person has read your message.
