Accounts and website access

Clerk handles sign-in and account credentials. Our application stores your Clerk user identifier, the time your account was last observed by the application, and which websites you have been assigned. We also cache your primary email address from Clerk, its verification status and synchronization timestamps so the operator can recognize your account. This cached information may lag behind changes in Clerk.

The operator can see account identifiers, cached email addresses and assignments. Access to a website is shared only through assignments managed by the operator; signing up does not automatically grant access to a website. Changing your email does not change your assignments.

Contact messages

When you send the contact form, we send your name, email address, selected topic and message to our contact-delivery service so the operator can receive and respond to your inquiry. The service may queue a message for onward delivery. Our application keeps request and receipt identifiers, timestamps, and delivery status for troubleshooting. It also keeps submission counters associated with a hashed version of your email address to limit abuse.

The contact form does not automatically attach your signed-in identity or send your message to an AI editor. You can identify the website you're asking about in your message. Please do not send passwords, patient information or other sensitive records.

Service providers and browser information

Clerk provides authentication. Cloudflare provides protection against automated submissions through Turnstile and handles traffic when you access this website through its network. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and security signals. Authentication and security features may use cookies or browser storage.

Storage and retention

Account-access records and contact receipt metadata are stored on our application server. Message content is handled by the contact-delivery service and the recipient's communication systems. Operational logs and backups may retain additional copies or technical records.

This application does not automatically erase account-access records or contact receipts on a fixed schedule. Signing out does not delete them. Contact us about access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and review records held by connected services. Some records may need to be retained for security, operational or legal reasons.

Website drafts and editing

We store draft names, website and creator identifiers, timestamps, archive status, source changes, preview builds, editing conversations and operational records on our application server. Everyone assigned to the same website, including its owner and newly assigned collaborators, can view its active drafts, previews and existing conversations. Everyone assigned can direct the assistant in a draft, interrupt work or answer questions. Messages are attributed using the sender’s cached Clerk email, which is visible to collaborators. Only the creator can rename or archive a draft. Removing website access prevents further viewing through the service but preserves contributions for remaining collaborators.

When you ask the editing assistant for changes, your message and relevant website context are sent to the inference service configured by the operator. Please do not include patient information, passwords or other sensitive personal data. Editing a draft does not publish the website.

Archiving hides a draft and stops its runtime workspace, but does not erase saved files, conversations, records or backups. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Contact us about access or deletion requests.

Questions and requests

Use Contact and choose “Privacy or account data” to ask about your information. If the form is unavailable and you already work with us, use your usual contact channel. The operator's website is Imagination Frontier, LLC.

Billing information

If you use paid billing, we send an account identifier and selected plan to Stripe to associate your subscription with your account. You enter payment information on Stripe's hosted pages; this application does not receive or store card numbers. We store Stripe customer, subscription and checkout identifiers, subscription status, billing-period dates and operational receipts. We do not send your draft conversations or website source to Stripe as part of billing.

Billing receipts retain event identifiers, types, customer identifiers, timestamps and processing status, not the raw payment-event payload. The platform operator can inspect these records to resolve billing issues. These records share our application backup and retention practices and are not automatically deleted when you sign out or cancel a subscription.
